The Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research is an independent, not-for-profit think tank conducting rigorous policy research and presenting evidence-based, “people-centered” policy proposals. We seek to articulate the needs of individuals and society and help build a public sphere supportive of personal well-being and dignity. We are also engaged in developing the next generation of leaders who will initiate action to transcend differences and bring about positive social change, both globally and locally.
