My research agenda focuses on the theory and practice of market design, with an emphasis on its applications in matching markets. I am best known for my contributions to the formulation, analysis, and practical design of kidney exchange and school choice. My current research interests include analysis and design of transplant organ allocation policies and practical applications of matching with contracts.
